On behalf of our client, a renowned financial institution in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated call center agent.

Your role:

You will be providing call center support related to mobile banking to banking customers.

Your profile:

  • Analytical and communication skills are critical to this role. You can carefully listen, analyze, and provide troubleshooting advice.
  • To excel in this role, it would be helpful if you have knowledge of banking products, gained through a commercial or banking apprenticeship (or related education).
  • You are comfortable and enjoy handling a large number of phone calls on a daily basis.
  • Finally, you are fluent in German, Italian, and English (French is an additional plus).
