Location: Opfikon (Zurich - Switzerland)


Having the Site Management Director as direct report, the main mission is to reduce and optimize costs of leases; consolidate existing contracts in relation to the functional infrastructures of poles and towers. When possible, buy or renegotiate the land on which a pole/tower is located and buy the right to use such land. Asses and manage the overall supervision of negotiations conducted by outsourcers.

Main responsibilities:

? To negotiate directly with landlords contracts with regards to mobile infrastructure
? To manage incidents which involves Operations and Commercial
? To coordinate and lead site acquisition agencies (suppliers) activity
? To analyze non-standard contracts
? To predispose contract's model for site acquisition agencies
? To analyse and evaluate all proposals coming from outsourced agencies
? Direct collaboration with the legal department to reduce the number of litigations
? To manage the end-to-end landlord relationship
? Track progress and status of renegotiations with respective tools
? Any legal, business or economics degree with a strong relation to sales or insurance.


? Previous experience / background in real estate/ sales regarding as a plus
? Contract legal knowledge and interest in landlord and lease market trends, as well as some knowledge in finance related topics.
? Commercial planning techniques such as project management etc.
? German and English speaking. French, Italian, Spanish, etc. would be a plus
? Previous experience managing teams
? Valuable international experience as well as former sales experience
? Comfortable and diligent using IT tools
? Competency / skills:
* Strong sales skills, strong convincing appearance (negotiation of contracts)
* Advanced Excel user
* Team and people oriented
* Problem solver and goal achievement orientation
* Effective communication
* Legal vision
