Marketing Support Specialist - Switzerland

Our client is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist, this is one-year contract role with the intention to start ASAP for our client's project in Zurich. If you are a client oriented, available immediately, holding the right certifications and having either a Swiss or EU passport then please get in touch ASAP!

What You'll Do

  • Support for the ongoing execution of the marketing team daily activities including digital marketing, partner marketing, customer advocacy, market analysis & research
  • Support the local sales team on developing expertise to become social sellers
  • Support the local marketing team on ongoing development and amplification of customer success stories & customer wins
  • Support the local marketing team on execution and continuous improvement of the leads management, reporting & issue resolution process
  • Support the local marketing team on the overall events strategy & execution for Switzerland
  • Gain insight into different marketing areas relevant to Switzerland by collaborating and supporting cross-functionally on a wide variety of local marketing projects
  • Use data to refine and improve processes and outcomes for the Swiss Marketing and Sales teams and other stakeholders
  • Improve your communication skills by creating presentations, project management documents, reports, and other marketing materials, as well as presenting to stakeholder on different levels
  • Learn to navigate and leverage your insights to tackle problems in a complex, global organization


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business/International Business or a related area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Language skills required - German & English. Desired, strong plus - French
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders
  • Execution oriented, creative, and innovative to engage a fast paced, high growth market segment to build awareness and demand.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to execute and prioritize under deadlines
  • Strategic Thinker - understand the broader business strategy and objectives, and can identify opportunities of alignment with your own work and proposes projects and programs
  • Strong collaborative skills - take an organization-level view and are equally invested in the success of others. You invite and act on different points of view. You quickly establish trusting relationships.
  • Metrics and results-driven - resilient, optimistic, and passionate about business results while never compromising customer, partner, and team relationships. Hold people accountable and focus on work that drives our long term goals
  • Any experience working in B2B marketing a strong plus
  • understanding of lead generation and flow within a B2B organization a strong plus
