On behalf of our client from the financial services industry, based in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager, who is available to start in a short notice.

Your Role:

• Project Management in Digital Workspace - Infrastructure area
• Replacement telephony system in the contact Center (Project 1)
• Splitting Application Landscape in IT (Project 2)
• Focus on CH but international connection of other locations
• Lead the necessary project management documentation
• Risk and Change Management
• Close monitoring of project activities
• Managing stakeholders, their interests, and establishing effective communication
• Monitor and control the delivery objects
• Lead subcontractors

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge in IT Project Management
• Proven experience with IT Infrastructure in Microsoft Cloud, Microsoft Windows10 and Citrix
• Experience in Financial Services, with a deep understanding of Risk and Change Management
• Experience in Contact Center & Telephony
• Fluency in English and German

Location: Zurich

Duration: 6 month contract with further possibility of internalization
