Senior Project Management Officer (PMO)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Project life-cycle to facilitate successful delivery on time, on cost and on quality
- Develop and oversee detailed local project plans in alignment with global ones, with clear critical path and contingency defined
- Ensure project management methodology is in place in a timely manner and the team is coached in how to use it
- Use the ASPIRE deliverables list as basis for the project plan and define additional deliverables as needed
- Ensure all work streams are represented in the plan, understand and commit to the plan
- Implement local status reporting for project activities & provide feedback and metrics to report project status to
- Management and all key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Participate in all PMO Community Meetings, activities and planning sessions
- Schedule & facilitate local working sessions, workshops, team meetings
- Ensure Change Control is in place (in terms of deliverable/timing changes between core/local)
- Lead coordination of all testing activities
- Be part of Wave Testing Council, representing the local team and ensuring alignment
- Assist in Change Management activities
Must Haves:
- Bachelors Degree or Masters degree
- Project Management (PMP or other global certification preferred)
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP/IT projects, with a successful track record in delivery of projects involving multi-disciplinary teams
- Testing experience including phases, process and tools
- Ability to apply strong project management skills
- Proficient in use of project management tools and techniques (Smartsheet, Jira, Solman)
- Familiarity with SAP Deployment
- Coaching/supporting teams
- Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, team members
- *Presentation, reporting , office apps
- English fluent (written/spoken). German is a plus
- Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on attitude and solution finder
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - with ability to communicate at any hierarchical level
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines/pressure and to work in a matrix environment.

- S/4 Hana Project experience
- Experience of multi-site/global projects
- Data migration knowledge
